We take over full responsibility for property operations and put management in place to transform performance. This gives the vendor back time and enables them to more easily sell their property to new lifestyle owners who can sit back with confidence to enjoy the property and the returns without the need to commit the time and effort to run the property themselves.
The Hospitality Management Agreement can be 'a means to an end.' If the property is sold during the life of the Agreement there is a break clause allowing the owner to sell with vacant possession if required.
Not only this , but once the property is completely managed there is also the opportunity to 'Syndicate Sell' where the owner can retain desired percentage and reduce the remaining equity.
